Sebastian Nikita
Sebastian is an Oxford Brookes University graduate and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Sebastian is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Prior to joining Nikita & Partners, Sebastian has spent 12 years in the Audit and Assurance department of Ernst & Young Cyprus. During his time with EY he was managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ranging from small privately owned companies to large multinational Groups, across various industry sectors, with expertise in Software Development, Retail, Hotel and Tourism, Shipping, Gaming and Real Estate. Furthermore, he was an Audit Methodology and Digital Transformation champion and delivered trainings and coaching on audit methodology to EY personnel.
Sebastian oversees the Audit & Assurance department and is primarily focused on providing audit and advisory services to businesses and their shareholders.

Marios Papageorgiou
Marios has extensive experience in the field of International Taxation. He is a member of the ‘Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’ and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
Marios began his career with the tax department of PwC and later moved on to join EY as a Tax manager. Following 9 successful years with Big 4 firms, he then took over the role of Senior Tax Manager at a multinational investment bank based in Cyprus and Russia. He is currently leading the Cyprus tax team of a multinational Group in the field of entertainment and hospitality, where he is leading the Group’s tax activities in Cyprus.
During 2021 Marios was appointed as a non-executive member on the Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Marios advises our clients on complex tax issues, investment structures and corporate transactions being either on a company or an individual level.
