Sebastian Nikita

Sebastian Nikita is the Managing Director of Nikita & Partners and leads the firm’s Audit & Assurance practice. He is directly involved in the planning, execution, and review of audit engagements and acts as the primary point of contact for clients on technical, judgmental, and financial reporting matters.

Sebastian is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University.

Prior to establishing Nikita & Partners, Sebastian spent 12 years in the Audit & Assurance department of Ernst & Young Cyprus. He managed a diverse portfolio of audit engagements ranging from owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups across a broad range of sectors, including software and technology, retail, hospitality and tourism, shipping, gaming, and real estate. During this period, he was a key point of reference on audit methodology and digital transformation matters, delivering technical training and coaching to audit teams.

At Nikita & Partners, Sebastian is responsible for overall audit quality, methodology, and client delivery. He works closely with management teams and shareholders on complex accounting, regulatory, and judgmental matters and remains actively involved throughout each engagement, ensuring continuity, accountability, and direct access to senior expertise.
