- Declaration of no employment in Cyprus (being a shareholder or unsalaried director is allowed).
Processing time: around 6 months.
Note: If the property or investment is sold, it must be replaced with another of equal or greater value.
2. Slow-Track Residency (Category F)
For applicants with modest income and no need to work in Cyprus.
Requirements:
- Minimum annual income from abroad of €9,568, plus €4,613 per dependent.
- Purchase of property in Cyprus is strongly recommended (resale allowed).
- Bank deposit of about €15,000–€20,000 in a Cyprus bank.
- Clean criminal record.
Processing time: currently several years (files from 2019 are still under review in 2025).
Limitations:
- Cannot work in Cyprus (but may own company shares and receive dividends).

3. Residency Through Employment or Business
- Category C: Investors establishing their own company with minimum capital of €260,000.
